Located in the Koa Ridge, Koa Vista I is the first phase of a two-phase development.

The project will eventually offer 192 rental units for seniors and families across two mid-rise buildings. Phase I includes a seven-story, 95-unit building for qualifying seniors, with units reserved for those earning between 30 and 60 percent of the annual median income.

Developed by non-profit Homes Hawaii Inc. in partnership with GSF LLC, Koa Vista I is designed to provide affordable housing for seniors, featuring several on-site amenities.

Each unit comes with a refrigerator, range/oven, cable and high-speed internet, window coverings, and laminated flooring.

Common areas include a multi-purpose room, laundry/office space, a victory garden, and an open park.

Hawaii Affordable Properties, Inc. will manage the application process for the senior housing.
