HONOLULU (KHON2) — This Wags ‘N Whiskers Wednesday, KHON2 features a pup found wandering Lahaina in 2023 shortly after the devastating wildfires.

According to the Maui Humane Society, JT is the definition of resilience and love after he was found chained to a tree, crying for help.

JT has been at MHS since then but has been struggling with the high-energy environment, taking a toll on his emotional health.

He would much prefer a home environment, where he could relax and feel safe and secure.

JT loves car rides, shredding coconuts, rolling in the grass, basking in affection and is always up for play, treats and snuggles.

“He’s proven to be a fantastic companion in foster care, and we’re confident he’ll make an equally amazing addition to your family,” said MHS.

MHS added JT has a big heart and a voice that could charm anyone.

Fun fact: JT is short for Justin Timberlake because of his sweet, unique voice.
