All you can eat pizza arrives at San Paolo Pizza and Wine

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Andre Alves De Moraes and Danilo Bento, owners of San Paolo Pizza and Wine, joined Wake Up 2Day with the ono details.

What sets Brazilian pizza apart is its unique variety of toppings. While traditional pizzas like Margherita and pepperoni are still popular, you’ll find a wider range of creative toppings that reflect the country’s diverse culture.

San Paolo Pizza and Wine are offering an all-you-can-eat option, so guests have a chance to try multiple different types of gourmet pizzas.

Andre and Danilo shared, “We have ‘Pizza Experience’ now. You can eat as many flavors as you like for $39.90 per person. It’s basically AYCE but not a buffet style. Our server brings different pizzas to your table and you pick. We have over 25 kinds of pizzas.”

“There are over 30 million of Italian descent in Brazil. We eat pizza like a regular meal in Brazil. We are very particular about ingredients including dough.”

The pair added their dough is fermented between 46 to 72 hours so the yeast can eat the gluten and make the dough very light.

A popular option is their Carabesa with Capitury Brazilian cheese that was showcased on Wake Up 2Day.
