This event is organized by the Hawaii Dental Association Foundation and will feature dozens of volunteer dentists offering free dental screenings, teeth cleanings, and fluoride treatments to keiki under 18.

The clinic will also include fun giveaways, entertainment, games, and activities for attendees.

No appointment or insurance is necessary, but children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for treatment.

If further dental services are needed, families without a regular dentist will be provided information on where to seek care.

“This clinic not only helps kids learn about oral health through fun activities,” said Dr. Scott Morita, President of the Hawaii Dental Association Foundation and Co-Chair of Give Kids A Smile Hawaii. “It also gives them a positive experience with dentists, helping them build healthy habits for life.”

The program has served more than 5.5 million children nationwide and aims to combat the high rates of untreated tooth decay among Hawaii’s keiki, who face some of the highest cavity rates in the country.
